Call Identification

Here you can find the process that Telecommunications technicians follow to identify a phone call. Let's get on with it!

Phone call identification process

First Step: phone call contents

Previously to the number identification the phonecall contents must be set up through the following parameters:

  • date: when the phone call takes place.

  • time: at what time is made.

  • duration: number of seconds that the phone call has lasted. It cannot be higher than 1000 seconds.

  • recipient: person who receives the call. This is described through a firstname, a surname, a country and his / her role may be one the next: Family, Media, Militar or Political ).

  • number: the phone number to identify. The content is described below.

Second Step: phone number content

A phone number is composed of the following ciphers:

  • countrycode: code of the country. (3 digits).

  • areacode: code of the area. (1 digit).

  • prefix: (3 digits).

  • line: (4 digits).
